"I have a had a problem with my Morco boiler for 10 months with no hot water due to lack of water pressure. After several failed attempts for people to help me sort it out I found Paul's website and contacted him. He advised me to send him some pictures via whats app and talked me through what could be the problem. It turned out to be a blocked water outlet and after an hour of fiddling I managed to clear the blockage and the problem was instantly solved and I had a very lovely hot shower. I cant thank Paul enough for his whats app chat and advice, without his help I would have probably gone insane!!
